WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- Visualization
- Neutralizing Theory
- Energy Manipulation Theory
- Intent Creation Theory
REASON FOR TECHNIQUE USE:
- Multiple uses that may include, but aren't limited to: neutralization, healing, masking
BASIC TECHNIQUE(S):

1. Screens may be created on the skin, within the body, or outside of the body as needed
- Visualize a mesh of energy much like the screening commonly found in windows and doors
- Choose a place you wish to screen either in, on, or around you and have the screen visualized there as necessary
- Using visualization intent the screen's energy with a specific task (only one intent per screen). The screen may be intented to neutralize energy, heal physical, or energy matters, or simply to quiet the amount of environmental noise reaching your body
- Manipulate the energy to move through the screen, so that the screen may accomplish its task, or move the screen over the energy to allow it to work
TECHNIQUE(S) MODIFICATION:
- Screens may be stacked to accommodate all intents necessary since each screen may only have one specific intent
- It is common in neutralizing to stack a set of three screens each with a progressively tighter mesh structure
TO BE AWARE:
- Screens can be energy intensive and it is recommended not to work solely with them for long periods of time until Intaking and Centring techniques are common practice
- It is unethical to screen other living beings without their consent
- Screening large geographic areas may upset the general balance, so care should be taken to avoid this
TIMELINE:
- ITB: 5 minutes for screen creation
- AAW: 10 seconds for screen creation
