WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- Visualization
- Filters
- Shields
- Energy Manipulation
REASON FOR TECHNIQUE USE:
- To heal the physical body of its ills.
BASIC TECHNIQUE(S):

1. See Psi Vigour Practical on Filters.

2. Centre and Intake before continuing.
- Identify the area that needs specific attention through healing.
- Through visualization concentrate energy into that area or the body.
- Visualize creating a shield around the effected area that neutralizes all energy passing through it.
- Intent the energy that you've concentrated in the affected area to heal the area of its ills.
- Allow yourself time to mentally step through each process of your energy healing your body.
- Once finished disperse the shield, neutralize your entire body, and then Intake and Ground.
TECHNIQUE(S) MODIFICATION:
- Before dispersing the containment shield neutralize the area within it.
- For diseases intent the energy into specific illness destroying visuals.
- If concentration time is short intent the energy to work on its own, but be sure to revisit it, or intent it to stop when the healing is completed.
TO BE AWARE:
- Do not attempt a healing on the eyes as they are delicate and may react adversely to energy concentrating inside, or very near to them.
