It’s the beautiful Spring upshift in energy, which happens to be fueling a little cycling of energy within the community as people come back from their adventures and dig into psi again. You’ll notice I haven’t changed up the website as of yet - mostly because I’ve simply lacked the ‘want’ to do it when I have free time. But it will be changing .. eventually.

GoldBear and I continue to trudge along with our projects so they continue to eat into my time and with Spring having sprung I’m getting the yard ready for outdoor parties as usually happens at the homestead in the nice weather. Our house ends up being the gathering spot - both Hera and I enjoy that. Spontaneous gatherings on warm nights are a wonderful way to release stress, gather information and learn new things. Can’t get much better than that.

Where is the Palatium heading you ask? To be honest I haven’t decided yet, but I’m leaning strongly towards an archival library of articles and media. This isn’t to say that we won’t continue to add to the site - it’s just to get rid of all the extras that really we don’t need (and I don’t want to run any more). I still have a couple of hundred articles sitting on my network that need to be gone through and posted so there is loads of new and different information to continue our growth with. Let me get to that point and you’ll start seeing it.

Get involved - get in and chat!

Zeus, where have you been?
A question I’ve been asked more than once recently.

To be honest I’ve been around, but my “free time” has dried up as I have many things on the go as it were. GoldBear and I continue to work on a project that eats a great deal of time and resources, so that’s where I’ve been the last month, or so. There is light at the end of the tunnel, because Beta testing begins soon, which means that the fury of programming is finally coming to a close (until we add something else into the mix). Once the heavy load portion of our little project appears I’m taking a vacation.

That’s right I’m going on vacation - without computers. A little sand, surf, sailing, and relaxing to reward myself for a job well done (and yes my wife is going too). Which means I’ll return to the world of the Palatium in mid February.

As a further note I think I’m going to shake up the Community a little. It’s been 13 years and time for something new. You’ll have to wait until February to hear about those plans though.

At any rate Happy New Year to all and we’ll all talk soon.

With Mother Nature having abruptly brought summer to a close it’s a shift in schedules again as I get ready to send the little Olympians back to school.

Construction, renovation, family gatherings, and psi have kept the summer rolling and me as busy as ever (which is why I’ve been lacking in the updates to my blog). Plus my free time has been eaten up by a project that GoldBear is creating for his continuing education. If friends have the means then they can help friends that’s what I mean!

Hercules and I recently did a broadcast empathy test just for fun. I randomly chose 100 vehicles, colours, shapes, fruits and/or vegetables to think of and Herc had to tell me what I was thinking of. He correctly identified 98 out of the 100 random things. This is only one recorded test, so we’ll have to see how he does over time, but it’s quite a positive looking “official” test for what I have always known about his abilities. I’ll keep everyone posted on how he continues to develop with the tests.

Apollo on the other hand is not so much of an empath at this point. His strengths tend more towards PK though he has been working his telepathy as of late which is nice to see. I haven’t gotten to the point with him where I would test him quite yet, but that’ll come as he gets older.

For those younger people that don’t have parents that encourage psi, or help to develop it - sorry. I believe that my kids should know that anything is possible within reason, the rules, and reasonable responsibility. Hopefully they’ll surpass me someday in their specific fields of psi and teach me a few things about Oneness and the Total Self.

It’s been over 10 days! Where have I been??!
Well, to be honest I’ve been quite busy and haven’t been hit by the “writing mood” lately.

Hera has gone on a new schedule for work (which they seem to do to her every three months just to see if I’m paying attention) which leaves me constantly adjusting my schedule to be sure I can be home to watch the boys - or have someone with them while I am … called away. It’s also been interesting because the boys have chicken pox (we’re in the winding down stages now), so I’ve had to be careful with outside contact for them and the many people who seem to have never had the potentially life-threatening illness (didn’t realize that the chicken pox could be deadly? Usually only to us old folks but it happens.). Thankfully both the boys only have a mild outbreak on their arms alone (what “luck” can do), so it hasn’t hampered their energies at all. We’ve had to call off taking them out in public and most of their friends have stayed away, so I’ve had the extra fun of coming up with weeks worth of entertainment. What’d I come up with? To start out they helped me put in a new floor in the playroom - now it’s all sponge soft and you could drop from the ceiling without hurting yourself (good for the budding psychokinetic). With the playroom fully finished all their toys and games came back out of storage so they have 500sqft of fun! It’s been hot outside and they’ve really wanted to go to the splash park and since we can’t go I built them one in the backyard. Okay, so I’m a little on the crazy side with things for the boys but if I can have fun too then it’s totally worth the effort. I’ve been overworking getting the deck supported to hold a hot tub and building a new patio (oh yes and I really must get to building the new fence) so I figured a distraction that could cool me down too would be a brilliant change of pace. With a few pumps, lots of hose and some ingenuity we created a water recirculating, solar powered (must be environmentally friendly .. plus water and hydro are expensive) splash pad. Slipping slopes, sliding streams, moving showers, dumping buckets, slides, pools and inflatable castles with drawbridges. Now I get to work on my projects for awhile and then I can go play too. Why not? As long as you have the energy available you can be as young as you want to be .. right?

Though it seems like my days have been filled with construction and playtime I’ve also been working on my psi (not that I don’t always work on my psi since it’s a way of life but I’ve had dedicated time away too). I’ve been actively working with others to harness new ways of doing old techniques. It’s always interesting to compare notes on what works for everyone and how they go about it. There may just be a faster and more efficient manner to carry out an activity. I’ve also been out in the grove during gatherings and visiting local energetic hot spots. The nice farmers that own the land we go traipsing through I’m quite sure think us odd enough (I gain their permission before setting foot on private land - it’s the right thing to do), but since we don’t destroy anything and they end up with “bumper crops” we have a wonderful agreement. I even get some calls after storms damage their crops as to whether we might be “visiting their fields in the near future”. It’s not that we do a lot to the fields, but if there is energy available the plants will respond - it’s common practice really. Of course it helps that many of us have other outdoor interests such as herbology, botany, bird-watching, etc. so we can be a “naturalists club” to the farmers without having them worry about our “other” activities. It’s all in the marketing :) They all know the truth of course since I’m open about it, but if they feel better thinking about us as a naturalist club then so be it.

Talk about it, tailor the marketing, and more people than you think will accept it.

Well, I’ve made it around the sun again. That must mean I’m either doing something right, or I continue to amuse the fates so they’re keeping me around. I had a nice laid back day with no plans. Hera and I did some much needed chores and then I took off for a mountain bike adventure for awhile (something I don’t get to do too much of anymore). All in all a great day.

Nothing uber exciting has been happening as far as psi is concerned. Life itself has kept me pretty busy, so I haven’t had time to pursue other interests. Hopefully having wrapped up a couple of projects and starting into fewer new ones I should be able to get more time together to be more social in the Palatium again.

My 7th wedding anniversary is Monday. Apparently they happen every year (go figure). I haven’t yet decided what we’re doing, but I still have a couple days to come up with a plan. As luck would have it Hera and I were married on the same day that we started dating, so I didn’t have to remember a new date mostly! The funnier thing about my wedding is that Hera received a reading from Rhyannon about a decade ago (the only psychic reading Hera has ever received from someone other than me) that pegged our wedding date to a “T”. Psychic readings aren’t accurate (hahaha) sometimes they can be if you hit the right chord with a person. It was a lot of fun actually because the reading was almost 6 months before I actually asked Hera to marry me, so nothing was set at all. Rhyannon may deny her skills sometimes but I still have the log of that reading that so accurately portrays several different aspects of Hera and her life - accurate, tasteful, and fun (what more could you want in a psychic reading).

Is Rhyannon the only one that can do accurate psychic readings that lurks around the Psi Palatium? No, not at all. Rhyannon just happens to be the easiest one to pick on since I have a great log of Hera’s reading! Many people these days don’t know that when the chat channel first started we had 20 or 30 psychic readers that would give an hour or so of their time every week to read for members and guests. Over the years we’ve gotten away from readings though as other things in our lives came into play and psychics have gone on to other things.

But I’d like to reverse the trend.

My want to bring things back in focus to the origins of the chat channel is the major push behind my upcoming Psi Palatium Circle course regarding Psychic Readings. Everyone can learn how to do psychic readings, especially if they’re already sensitive. And to be able to give back to other members and guests actually helps in understanding the self. The understanding in turn allows the reader to progress faster. So the cycle is great on both sides.

How else are we hoping to help the community? We’re bringing back Skywind’s Teacher/Student database. Since we have such a huge membership that doesn’t ever come into the forums, or chat we’re going to allow people to register with the database and thus hook up with other members online, or IRL to learn and progress in psi. We may bring back part of the certification program in order to allow people the Teacher designation; however the database (registration and certification if necessary) will be free of charge as always.

The Psi Palatium is always free of charge (it’s been that way for almost 14 years!) and as long as the ads continue to help with the cost of the community Hera let’s me keep it Online! Not that I’m telling you to click the ads of course *wink wink* It’s an easy way to ensure we’re here well into the future!

After a week away I have returned to the mountain (and yes I brought my family back with me). The boys had great amounts of fun and took to the lake like fish yet again this year. We added a kayak to our repertoire of stuff at the cottage and actually got some nice use out of it in the many rivers.

While away there was quite a shift in energies from the 15-17, but it wasn’t unexpected. Any of you that have been around the chat channel probably saw me mention the intense shifting that was to occur. Shielding is such a good thing. I was able to get some good practice time in while in the wilderness though “work” kept me occupied I made sure not to burn out (all about balance).

Now that we’re back on the mountain Hera is back to work, as am I, and things are slowly returning to the normal grind that is our lives. I will be back in the chat again so be sure to stop in and say hi!

Alright. We leave tomorrow morning for the cottage, so those of you that follow along with my every few day posts please don’t be alarmed when nothing happens for a week. I’m not taking the Internet with me on this trip (just to escape for awhile) so unfortunately you’re all stuck without me (please keep the cheering down).

While I’m away in the woods it’ll give me some good nature time to explore energy lines (yay for being close to several converging ley lines) and to practice some psi. I say practice but since I use psi every day in my life it’s more exploring techniques that I don’t get to all the time (or that can’t be used in front of others for fear of reality disturbances).

I must say that I’m surprised Hera hasn’t asked to uproot the house and take it with her. The sheer amount of stuff that we’re taking for a week is incredible. It’s a good thing we were forward thinking enough to purchase a vacation vehicle that is large enough to handle all the extras. While we’re gone we’re also lending a car to her brother - under Hera’s strict rules - it’s a first for her in trusting her brother so we’ll see how she handles it once we’re back. Hera’s packing is epic in nature with lists of cross referenced everything. My job is simply to pack the vehicle making sure we can access everything that needs accessing and that there is enough room for the four of us. And yes, I remembered to pre-cool the electric cooler so the drinks are cold when we arrive. Tonight we’re doing the car shuffle and since I already loaded 120L of fuel into the van it’s all set to go for our journey. I say that like it’s some huge trek across the Nation when in fact it’s only a five hour drive (well okay three but I cheat since I dislike driving for that long).

Those of you expecting a shift next week I’m thinking of starting Wednesday mid-afternoon and increasing perspectives into Friday. For the rest of you there are some waves of charged energy sweeping around the globe so you get to ride those. Be on the lookout for “touchy” bosses and authority figures since they’ll be a tad on the grumpy side.

Best of the Energies!

Hera has begun making lists of things we need to remember when making the trek to the cottage for the week. Of course the cottage isn’t really the “rough it in the woods” type of cottage that you may have in mind for a Canadian mid-summer getaway. To be quite honest it’s more of a chalet that can comfortably sleep 20 people. All the modern amenities are included of course, since it’s about the only way I could convince Hera to go “camping”. We have a nice week away with the six adults (Hera and I, my sister and brother-in-law, and cousin and his wife) and our five boys. Most of our time will hopefully be spent in the lake and just lazing around though I’m sure we’ll hit up some amusement by walking through the tops of the trees on little tiny ropes that really shouldn’t have more than a couple pounds on them.
Craziness for sure when you get us all together, but good memories for the kids too.

I’ve been watching the global energy shifts and the local ones too and have been quite busy in keeping up with mapping and surveying. Those of you that have been paying attention I’m sure are wondering what in the world is going on. So much resetting and balancing of general areas and the equilibrium of energetic states is simply stressing out areas and they’re having to shift to compensate. It’s been driving people to be a little on the crazy side - even when they don’t realize what’s going on. Shield if you have them, because wow …

Well, it’s been a wild few days since last I posted. Hera had some vacation days and so we did the family thing in between all the other things that needed doing.

Canada Day saw us out at the park as per usual enjoying the carnival and exhibits. The boys made it into the paper again this year - a tradition started by Hercules when he won the cutest baby in the city contest back when he was just six months old. Thank goodness the boys picked up some of their mother’s “good looks” genes to go along with their psi. I’m pretty sure their having flaming red hair and “combust in the sun” white skin has nothing to do with their popularity on red and white Canada Day. At any rate we had a great time on our picnic and riding the rides .. even the ones designed to reduce wrinkles through g-forces.

Since it’s been sort of rainy lately it gave Hera and I loads of time to redecorate and redesign the house (oh joy). Luckily it is for the most part finished .. there are still a few things to do but the decorating fund ran dry so Hera has to wait to finish things up. I’m extremely heartbroken about not being able to finish all the strenuous work (hahaha).

As the energies around the globe ebb and flow and disorder continues to infiltrate as it does PEHQ has kept me busy looking after things. If you’ve been in the chat or sent an e-mail and are wondering where I disappeared to well that’s where. I should be around this weekend and a little more next week and then I’m called away for a week.

Called away? Okay, me and the rest of the family are going to the cottage for a week. It’ll be nice to get up there for some relaxation (which never really seems to happen), fun, and practice.

Today, in the sun, the boys have been busy in Play Central whilst I took down some cherry trees and planted some new plants in their place. Unfortunately the trees had just become far too large for where they were so it was time for a change. I’m actually glad that I was able to create a new area of plants since they were from when my step-mother passed away and it better showcases them. Tomorrow I plan on moving some of my mother’s plants as well as my grand-father’s to create a family garden of sorts.

Seeing as I promised the boys they could go swimming and play with their new pirate ships - complete with working cannons that shoot water balloons - I should wrap this up and put on my lifeguard gear. BOTE!
