It’s raining today which is alright because it is forcing me to stay inside and work like I’m supposed to.

Today I finally finished the creation of PDF files for some of my ebook series, and courses. I will make them available eventually through the website, but for now you can grab them from PsiBOT’s fserver when you’re in the chat channel. What I did was clean up Paradigm Shift, Psi Vigour and my recent Understanding Dreams 101 and then saved them into PDF formatting. They have nice cover pages and tables of content too. Hopefully those of you that want an offline copy of these series will be satisfied by my work :) I’m looking to continue my trend of PDF files and will be adding in my Psi Classes series from 2000 and then work on recreating aspect of the article archive within PDF format.

There is an upswing of energy in my reality as I continue to get ready for my West Coast gathering in May. That’s a reminder that I will be gone for a couple weeks over the two-four.

The weekend is winding down and I’m looking into the coming week while reflecting over the last couple of busy days.

Hera’s BBQ went off without a hitch and everyone had a good time (kids and adults alike). The weather cooperated for the most part though we did move things inside as the weather cooled off in the evening.

I actually got around to doing some household renovations this weekend as well. New doors, new kitchen accessories (Hera picked them out), paint, and drywalling kept me busy throughout Sunday. Thankfully it’s all done and looking quite good - at least Hera is satisfied with the results. I’m still in for a bunch more updating and renovations though, which means it is time for my wife to stop watching the renovations shows on television. Apparently we “need” new counter tops, new paint and carpet in the rec room, and the carpet upstairs exchanged for hardwood. I’m glad she has such lofty goals now we’ll just have to see if that money tree I planted sprouts….

This week promises to be about standard for me with the boys in school, Hera working, and me running my business like usual. I have loads of psi to accomplish this week coming as well, but that is about standard issue as well. I’m sure there will be a couple alarms I haven’t scheduled in yet as there always is - still the big hiccups don’t happen until next week.

With the nice weather comes Hera’s famous BBQs. This coming Saturday apparently is our first one (I’m usually the last to find out - not that it makes any difference to me since I’m ready for them at a moment’s notice). A few of Herc’s school friends and their parents are coming over and bringing siblings that are Apollo’s friends — really handy how that all works out. It promises to be a good time to relax and socialize.

My neighbours are moving again. We tend to go through neighbours quite quickly as this will be the third set in three years. Not that we’re bad neighbours (my neighbour on the other side has assured me we’re the best neighbours he’s ever had in the 30 years they’ve owned their house) just that we cycle through them quickly. We live in a desirable area of affordable housing, so people are always moving in and out as the economy goes up and down. My current neighbours are moving because of job losses and economic issues. At any rate it should be interesting to see who we end up with next door. I know I could cheat and take a look, but that wrecks the fun of living life just because!

I’ve wrapped up the Dream Course in the Psi Palatium Circle. Originally I was going to run a four week course and changed it into an eight week ordeal. I’ve cobbled together a PDF that I am going to rehash and add to that will end up being over 60 pages in length. For something that was going to be 10 pages originally I think we’ve gone above and beyond but that was mostly because of the participants that wanted more and really did get involved with sending in dreams and interpreting them for themselves. I probably have enough dreams still not included to add another 30 pages to the course, but have to draw the line somewhere.

Taking over in the Circle will be Nesjamag and Svenove with Operation Psi Practice. Their enthusiasm and well planned layout should prove to be quite the program for everyone. Join it now (starts May 4th).

It was a beautiful day today with temperatures reaching 26C. Tomorrow things are going back to 11C, but that’s what we’ve come to expect from a Menopausal Mother Nature. At any rate I took the opportunity to get everything out from storage and set the yard back up for the season. I had exactly two hours and twenty-seven minutes of open time to compress and get things finished - and I finished just on time (imagine that). The boys were excited to see “Play Central” all back in working order plus some and we spent most of the afternoon outside enjoying the first really nice day of the year.

I’ve had a couple of get togethers with people over the last several days regarding psi. There’s always something new to learn, or old to rehash …. and yes, as I get older and older stories to tell. It’s been a lot of fun and I always enjoy company so the more the merrier!

Hera and I just got back from a gathering out at the farm. Though Hera doesn’t usually attend gatherings this was with some of my family and friends that she knows, so there was an element to keep her involved and occupied. Unfortunately I have some appointments to flip in and out to, or I would have stayed longer.

Not much else to report at this point .. well, not much else that I’m able to report - we’ll put it that way.

Not usually one to keep track of time since I tend to jump around within it I found myself yesterday marveling at the fact that we’re halfway through April already. I know that time starts to pass faster as you get older, but wasn’t really expecting it to hit home as it did. Not that its that big a deal really, it just surprised me that such a perception of time sort of jumped at me suddenly. The more I think about it though the more I realize whenever I want to take a different path with how I’m spending my time I become more aware of time in general, so in the end this isn’t a surprise at all.

I’ve decided that I’m going to wrap up the Psi Palatium’s Dream Course with one final official update on the 22nd. I’m going to be keeping the course open until I can finish and transfer the information over to the main site archives, so don’t panic. I took some time out to create a PDF book version of the Dream Course because that is something I’d like to do with all of my series and surprised Nesjamag by giving him a preview of the 42 page document - yes, 42 pages and over 20,000 words! If I can ever get around to putting Skywind’s information back into the archives and include the Dream Course the Palatium is in for a good 100 page update not to mention all of AMPsychic’s information that I have sitting in the wings.

Though I am officially taking some time off from doing direct course work I have already started sketching out my thoughts for my Psychic Readings Course that I hope to run in the Fall of 2009. Since it should begin its run right after, or in the tail end of the Psi Course run by Svenove and Nesjamag I think it will be a great opportunity for people to learn. I’ve been running the Palatium for over 12 years now and really wanted to head up courses that I haven’t done in the last decade while allowing other staff members the opportunity to flex their skill set in teaching and guiding psi (that’s why you’re getting Dreams and Readings from me).

Oh yes - don’t be afraid to comment if you wish to. I have to approve your initial comment, but after that they just appear. I’m always happy to get feedback from people :)

After a very very busy weekend of dashing around with the family while saving the world I’m glad to see a new week begin. I usually get some down time during work hours where I don’t have to do anything except work (or in this case blog) and it’s a nice change from the hectic order that is my life. I’m also looking forward to sleeping tonight since that’s what I have all planned out already. I keep telling myself I like to sleep so I can procure dreams for the Dream Course, but it may just be that I’m getting older.

Speaking of getting older I was at the Doctor’s and am apparently as healthy as can be expected for a person of my age. A vampire would have been ecstatic with the amount of blood that was pumped from my body to run tests on. I believe that they’ve discovered that my blood is red when exposed to oxygen - I’m thrilled by this discovery. There are still more tests to run, but apparently we have to allow six weeks between them for some crazy reason. I’m guessing that they want more blood for the vampire blood bank - yay for the commonality of my blood type.

I’ve been amassing dreams and thanks to everyone’s contributions I have 10 pages of dreams (seven actual dreams) at this point for this week that I am busy interpreting. Nesjamag seems to be really getting into the interpretations, which is awesome and others are jumping on board as well. I’m still hoping to run things for at least another week and maybe two just to create a massive example interpretation database of dreams. When the course is finished I believe I will move its content over to the main Palatium site to be included in the archives and also create a PDF of the entire course for people to download and use. Doing all of that will free up space for Sven and Nes to begin their course in the Circle.

Having fallen seriously behind on a program that I need to finish I’ve decided to recreate my work schedule to make it more conducive to finishing up the software within a reasonable time frame. This is the *big* system that will see good stuff for my company in the future, but future money unfortunately doesn’t pay the bills right now, so I’ve been forced to balance out my time carefully with it. I have no doubt I’ll get it finished and play it out as it should be — just takes time.

It’s the first week of Hera’s (my wife’s) new job and after reading through her new schedule I’m pretty much convinced that she’s trying to kill me. Not that her attempts have ebbed at all over the years, but we’re going to see just how spontaneously flexible my own schedule can be over the next few months. Of course I was well aware of all of this beforehand, and that was one of the driving factors behind owning my own company (flexible schedule). Most of my clients are understanding and sympathetic and know that in a pinch I’ll still be able to get everything they ask for finished - how is a mystery :)

Even with the increased loading provided by Hera’s new line of employment I’ve been managing to squeeze in quite a lot of psi. And to top it all off, because the Dream Course is still running I was able to skip last night and got a good sleep in with one very good dream. Apollo (my younger son) has been really pouring on the telepathy as of late in wanting to communicate ideas without having to voice them. This is quite the contrast from his brother who would much rather verbally communicate an idea before telepathy. Mind you Hercules (the older one) is far more empathic than his brother.

My “trip” for May is completely firmed up and I will be away for an eight day stretch over May TwoFour (ask a Canadian) as I will be a couple thousand kilometers from Olympus. I’ll fill in more details as the time for my absence approaches.

Well, it’s been an interesting week without Hera (my wife) around. As previously mentioned she’s off being retrained as she is shifting jobs to be closer to home. The boys and I have fended for ourselves with great success and friends and family have pitched in to cover the times that I am called away for short periods of time. It’s been interesting for me to look at how our house operates since it never occurred to me how many people visit and/or are at the house at any given time. Someone mentioned the fact to me this week and since it is normal for me I suppose I never paid it much mind. It isn’t uncommon for me to find ten to forty people in the house at any given time. I suppose everyone just keeps different lives and homes — mine is communication and gathering central LoL!

It’s been raining all day today and I was dealing with some grumpy weather-centric people early this morning. I love the rain and lightning storms. When I went to pick Hercules up from school I got all the parents involved in a game of jump the puddles while we waited for the kids to finish gym class. Sure it may mean some plans get ruined and yes you’re going to get wet, but you take the good with the bad and do the best you can anyways. I’m an eternal optimist and it upsets my overly pessimistic friends. The point is that every one of us picked our children up and went away laughing, smiling, and relieved of stress. So … that makes me crazy … sort of … but there is ulterior motive to my madness (there always is). Think of the big picture in this - with the child that has a parent that hits them when the parent is angry .. for whatever reason. Being able to remove that parent’s anger and stress through an unnoticed cleansing game gives that child a day without pain and fear. Sure, I might be thought of as crazy sometimes but that’s okay if my ultimate goal is realized. No one gets hurt and no one knows the difference — that’s a job well done.
